CARE & MAINTENANACE:
IT IS PREFERABLE TO PERFORM THE MAINTENANCE DURING THE SUMMER

a) In order to protect and waterproof from staining products such ( coffee, red wine,
     ect...).
b) To enhance the color of the floors.

 

     CONSEILS IMPORTANTS AVANT LES TRAITEMENTS

a) Removing cement stains using fine sandpaper with water.
b) wipe with towells to remove the marks made by the sandpaper.
c) Clean with neutral soap.
d) Do NOT use acidic products on your floors.
e) For better result, we advise you to perform on dry floors during the summer.
f) Performing on a wet floor will result in micro-stains which will disappear within 2-3
     months.
g) We suggest you to do this maintenance once a year.

 

     ART ET CIMENT suggests 4 times a year depending on your preferences.

a) Wax:
  - We recomand this product for all the colors, cut into tiles shape.
  - Apply using a sponge the clearliquid wax ( marble wax).
  - This process will perfectly protect inside your floors and make them stain proof
     with enhanced colors.
  - The wax will enhance the color of your floors.

b) Lin Oil:
  - This oil is one of the first used to waterproof the cement tiles. This oil will enhanse
     and change the actual color of the tiles.

c) Stop Pores:
  - This product is applied using a brush or with a sponge2-3 layers following the
     path.It will waterproof and protect deeply your tiles against stains; please follow
     the instructions of the manifacturer.

d) Cristalisation:
  - This finish can only be made by experienced contractors. This product is the same
     one used in polishing marble and will leave your floors shining like crystals.
