The process that we advise you for the installation is very simple and rapid to accomplish.
a) After you prepare the concrete cover, retain 2 cm height.
(example: square’s thickness 20 X 20 is 1.5 cm and the adhesive mortar’s one is 0.5 cm)
- Not to have a harmful evaporation of the water contained in the cover through your
cement squares ground let dry the cover. An installation on a humid cover facilitates
the passage of white milts on your ground. These calcareous spots will disappear
5 to 6 months afterwards..
- If you chose a carpet, begin your installation by the central design, then the border
and simple squares by recutting at the wall’s limits.
b) For a good adherence of the square, submerge it in a basin before the installation.
c) Spread out carefully the adhesive cemente on the cover using a toothed paint scraper.
d) Apply the adhesive cement on the gray face of the square.
e) The exceed of adhesive cement has to be cleaned on the surface with a humid cloth.
PRECAUTION
- Remove the adhesive cement on the ground’s surface using a humid cloth.
- Eliminate the dry spots using abrasive paper (000).
IMPORTANT
- Don’t leave any space between the squares.
- Adjust the squares to form the design well.
- A good levelling of your ground will facilitate its polishing.
